I just tried these sweet potato chips as a road trip snack.
Not sure I'm a fan yet.
Maybe eating the whole bag, as if they were maple nut goodies, was not such a good idea. :)
Sorry to hear that you didn't like the chips. If you ever make a trip here to the Big island, please come by Hawaii Island Gourmet and try some of our sweet potato chips. We also make taro chips and have been making them the same way (Handmade) since 1936.
Sweet Potato Chips, thanks for the heads up about your chips. I'll be sure to come by and try them when I visit Hawaii, and then after that, I hope you will point me in the direction of the closest place that I can purchase massive amounts of Hawaiian postcards. :)
