Ilica Street, Zagreb, Croatia Postcards

Last year, Nives had sent me a lovely card of Radiceva Street in Zagreb. This year, she kindly sent me TWO cards of Ilica Street, the longest street in Zagreb!

Roads and highways are a favorite postcard topic of mine, so I really, really enjoy seeing the contrasting views of this particular street. Thank you times two, Nives!

Fun stickers and gorgeous stamps! Love that red color....it reminds me of my St. Louis Cardinals team color. :)

That is very cool to see both day and night of the same street from the same point of view.

I hear your Cardinals are in first place in their division. Sweet! Our Tigers are in a close second.

I agree with Cari - love the day and night contrast. They are great postcards for sure!

I'm happy the stickers didn't fall off. ;) And you're welcome!

Cari, yes, Cards are in first place, for now. Tigers are also tied for FIRST in the wild card standings!
I hope we meet again in the world series. Sorry about 2006. :)
