Outgoing "Judge Each Man By His Actions" Postcard

 US-2088473
Regina in Oregon, USA, had listed "peace related cards" as one of her interests. I figured a card featuring 10 people of mixed age, gender and race all sitting together, and all holding up the peace sign was pretty darned peace related, so off it went!

The back of the card simply said "NEW YORK CITY, 1993".

I really don't like to just slap on any random stamps on postcards. Matching stamps to interests, too, is a part of the enjoyment of postcarding for me.
These stamps matched some of her interests, also.

This is a cool postcard! Usually I'm not too big of a fan when it comes to people in postcards, but this one is cool! :)

PS - So it's not just my imagination that your stamps usually somehow fit the postcard theme?!? :)

Thanks, Nives. I had it for a while, had just been waiting for the right person's profile to come along that seemed to call out for that card.

No! It's NOT just your imagination!:) I love to try matching the stamps to something, like maybe the card itself, or maybe some other interest of the person receiving the card.

Brenda, she got it yesterday. She said she loved it and was pleased to see another postcrosser who liked vintage stamps.

Gee, every time I see one of your posts with all the cool stamps I think that I've got to do better with my own postage.

Then, every week, I get lazy and just buy the flag forever stamps that they have at the grocery store. But, one day, ONeal. One day!

Cari, has Phant been acting more lethargic and withdrawn with each passing day? If so, I know why. It's the growing embarrassment he feels every day because of your buying forever stamps at the grocery store. For his sake, please make "one day" today! Do it for Phant!
