New Orleans, Louisiana, Postcard
Backside says: "On a stroll through the streets of the French Quarter, the sultry sounds of jazz permeate the air".
New Orleans is one of my favorite cities to visit.
Oh, how I love this card!

Viaduc De Millau Postcard
Another fantastic bridge card just arrived! My postcard buddy, Daniel, in France sent this one.
I just finished reading online about this fascinating bridge. It's the world's tallest bridge, and has the world's 12th highest bridge deck.
Merci beaucoup, Daniel!
And as a bonus, the envelope had these great stamps of Edith Piaf, an international star and singer from France, and Miles Davis, an American considered to be one of the most influential musicians of the 20th century.
It was very interesting reading about their lives.
I've learned a lot of new stuff today, and it's still only early afternoon!
